Per the CDC Order effective September 4, 2020 and extended on March 29, 2021, Tenants may be protected from eviction due to nonpayment of rent, if the tenant gives the landlord a declaration. Below are samples of the declaration that any tenant may use. The declaration should be sent via email or certified mail. Keep copies and proof.
